What to Expect
Expect to be the center of attention. Your photo session is all about you. If you like to have music playing bring a tape or CD with you. Be prepared to take a little time and relax, you take a better picture if you are relaxed. Make your photo session the only thing you must do that day. Plan on having fun. |
Session Length
A photo session takes a little time and the length of each photo sessions varies. Sessions may last from 30 minutes to two hours or more. We do not restrict the length of a session and we won't keep you any longer than necessary to give you the quality you deserve.
When scheduling children, please pick a time when your child is at their best. |
What Should You Wear
Comfort is the most important factor and simple is always better. Solid colors are always better. Try to select cloths you are comfortable wearing. Try to avoid busy prints or clothing with logos. You may want to bring several outfits.
If you are planning bare baby pictures make sure to dress your child in loose clothing to avoid clothing marks.

What Should You Bring
Do you have a hobby, play sports or play an instrument? Bring your sports gear, instrument or other items representing your sport, hobby or special interest. These accessories can make interesting photo props and help us show the real you. |
Outdoor Shoots, Permits and Other Special Expenses
Sessions can take place anywhere you desire as long as photography is permitted. If special permission or a permit is required, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission and/or permit and for paying any fees associated with that permission or permit.
Outdoor shoots are subject to suitable weather. If a shoot is cancelled for weather it will be rescheduled at no additional charge. |
Children
Only those children being photographed and you, should be present. If other children are present, your child and the photographer may be distracted. This may affect the quality of the images produced and the length of the shoot.
Always try to schedule the session for a time when your child is at their best. Bring diapers and change of clothing in case of accidents. |
Proofing & Ordering
We offer online proofing for most shoots. |
Storage
Your images are kept on file for a minimum of one year and are stored in digital format. |
Reservation Fees
A reservation may be required in order to reserve a photo session date and this fee is not refundable. The reservation fee is applied to your total investment.

Payment & Sales
Cash, checks, PayPal and major credit cards are accepted. Full payment is due at the time your order is placed. If paying by check your print order will not be placed until the check clears our bank. |
Order Delivery
We try to deliver your images as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on your order and our current workflow. If you have a deadline for delivery please tell us at the time you book the shoot. If you have questions about delivery time, ask. |
Date Availability
No date is booked until the reservation fee is paid. |
